Summary: Objective: The primary function of the Human Resource (HR) Operations Manager is to provide oversight of HR Operations and to work closely with the SVP of HR in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities. Areas of oversight include benefits, wellness, compensation, payroll, HRIS and general HR operations ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
